Refund Policy

Trainees must read the institute’s policy included in the registration form.
Trainees are entitled to a refund of program fees within 7 days of their registration date, provided they have not yet started the program. They must bring the original receipt and ID.
Trainees are not entitled to a refund of program fees after the program has started, even if the specified refund period has not passed.
Trainees are not entitled to any refund if they are dismissed from the institute for any reason that violates the institute’s policy.
If the trainee exceeds the absence rate approved by the educational authorities supervising the institute, they will be dismissed without any refund.
Only exchanges are allowed during the promotional period.
The institute reserves the right to claim the remaining amounts due from the trainee in the event of withdrawal.
If the trainee paid by card (Mada, Visa, or Mastercard), the amount will be transferred to the bank account within 5 working days in the event of a refund.
If the trainee registered through an installment company, they are not entitled to a refund of the program fees or any part thereof. If the trainee registers for training programs held outside the Institute (such as exhibitions and forums) and these programs entail reservations or other obligations, he/she is not entitled to a refund of the fees or any part thereof.
