First: Communication Tools and Channels
The center provides several means of communication between trainees, trainers, and management, ensuring the highest levels of interaction. These include:
• Email – an official means of communicating with the center’s management and trainers for support and inquiries.
• Correspondence within the training platform – messages and inquiries are exchanged through the platform’s internal communication system.
• Contact numbers via phone or WhatsApp.
• The institute’s various social media pages.
Second: Etiquette of Electronic Communication
• To ensure a positive learning environment, all beneficiaries must adhere to the following communication etiquette:
• Mutual Respect – interacting professionally and appropriately with trainers, trainees, and colleagues.
• Use polite, professional language – avoid offensive language, sarcasm, and inappropriate innuendo.
• Focus on educational content – limit discussion to topics related to training and education.
• Avoid engaging in religious, political, or controversial discussions – avoid controversial topics that may cause conflict between beneficiaries.
• Do not post misleading or inaccurate information – commit to sharing only accurate information.
• Protect personal data – refrain from sharing any personal or sensitive data of beneficiaries.
• Do not promote any unauthorized advertising or commercial content – use the Center’s platforms for marketing purposes or promoting any external services is prohibited.
Third: Actions Taken in Cases of Violation of Communication Etiquette
The following actions will be taken against any beneficiary who violates this policy, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
• Initial Warning: A warning is sent to the offending user, explaining the unacceptable behavior.
• Temporary Suspension from Participation in Communication Channels: In the event of a repeated violation, the validity of participation will be suspended for a specified period.
• Suspension from the training course: If violations persist, the Center has the right to suspend the trainee from the course, without refunding the fees paid.
• Permanent expulsion from the platform: In serious cases, such as intentional abuse or posting content that violates the laws, the user is permanently banned from participating in the Center’s courses.
• Reporting to the competent authorities: In the event of serious legal violations, the Center has the right to take appropriate regulatory action.
Fourth: Compliance:
• All beneficiaries agree to this policy upon registering on the training platform.
• The Center’s management has the right to update this policy as needed.
