Integrity Policy in the E-Learning Environment

Integrity is a fundamental requirement in all interactions within Scientific Creativity Advanced Training Institute platform, which emphasizes the importance of honesty and trustworthiness on the part of everyone, including trainers, trainees, and administrators.

Violations:

• Cheating.
• Identity theft.
• Forging information in reports or signatures.

Procedures:

If a trainee is caught committing any of the aforementioned violations, the following procedures will be implemented:

• A detailed report will be prepared detailing the incident, attaching evidence, if available, and referring it to the relevant committee within the entity.
• Reporting the violation in a gradual manner based on the trainee’s behavior (failing the course, failing all courses for the semester), or as the entity deems appropriate.
• Maintaining confidentiality of the case.
• Notifying the trainee of the disciplinary action prior to implementation.

Commitment:

• All beneficiaries agree to this policy upon registering on the training platform.
• The center’s management reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
